At The Vinyl Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened or defective records. If your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Vinyl
Carefully place the record in its original specialized mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to ensure it is protected from warping or cracking during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement record within 3-5 business days.
